Ran a Gamma World game Monday night. I’ve never ran one before, and I had several friends who have never played an RPG game, so I thought it might be a nice mix. Especially considering how Gamma World has a nice easy feel to it and could easily mix with a few beers.

Everyone ended up having a lot of fun, and although I didn’t expect to take the game seriously, (I mean who can when your friends are playing characters like a Giant Fungus Woman and Great Zeus’s Ghost?)  I was still taken by surprise more than once by great doses of ridiculousness.
